Direct Factory Communication
Work directly with our engineering and production team, reducing communication errors, shortening response times, and avoiding unnecessary delays caused by intermediaries.
A worm gear is a gear that meshes with a worm, which is a screw-like shaft. It is used to transmit power between non-intersecting shafts, usually at 90 degrees. Unlike spur gears, helical gears, and bevel gears, worm gears provide high speed reduction in a compact design and can be self-locking. They run smoothly and quietly, but their main trade-off is lower efficiency and higher heat generation, so proper lubrication is required. They are widely used in gearboxes, reducers, lifting equipment, conveyors, packaging machinery, steering systems, and industrial machinery.
