Direct Factory Communication
Work directly with our engineering and production team, reducing communication errors, shortening response times, and avoiding unnecessary delays caused by intermediaries.
A rack is a straight bar with teeth cut along its length. When it meshes with a pinion, it converts rotary motion into linear motion, or vice versa. Unlike spur gears and helical gears, which transmit power between rotating shafts, a rack and pinion system is used for linear drives. Racks can be straight or helical, and are commonly made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, or engineering plastics. Their main advantage is accurate and efficient linear motion; their main trade-off is that they require precise alignment and proper lubrication. They are widely used in steering systems, CNC machines, linear actuators, conveyors, and industrial automation.
